Enrolling a family is the easy part. Keeping one for four years is the real test — and it's the question we'd be asking if we were the parent standing in the lobby on a tour. The honest answer at GMA has less to do with our daily schedule than with our after school program community: the same faces every afternoon, the family events actually on the calendar, and the parents here in Gallatin, TN who end up knowing each other's kids by name. GMA is staffed by 16+ certified team members — every one background-checked, CPR and First Aid certified — and the academy has been run by the Spillmann family in Middle Tennessee since 1993. Martial arts is included free with after school enrollment, and it's structured as a multi-year progression rather than a weekly activity. A belt isn't handed out for showing up — it's earned over months, and the next one is always visible on the horizon. That's a very different engine than "we have a gym and a bin of board games." The Honest Part: Community Isn't Automatic

Two things we'd rather say out loud than have you discover after you've signed.

First, we're not going to quote you a retention percentage. Plenty of programs do. We don't have an independently audited number, so publishing one would be marketing dressed up as information.
