Know Before You Enroll

Policies & FAQ

Attendance & Communication
Communication is key. Please follow these guidelines:
  • Call before 1:00 PM if your child will not attend that day
  • $10 no-call fee if your child is not picked up without advance notice
  • No early pickup during class — it disrupts the group
Payment & Billing
  • Tuition is billed weekly on Fridays for the following week
  • $10 late fee if payment is not received by Monday
  • No prorating for inclement weather, short school weeks, or personal sick days
  • Registration fee ($75) is non-refundable due to limited space
Pickup & Late Fees
  • Standard pickup: 5:30 PM
  • Extended hours pickup: past 5:30 PM ($135/week)
  • Late pickup fee: $10 per 15 minutes after your scheduled pickup time
  • TKD students may be picked up at 5:00 PM
  • BJJ students may be picked up at 5:45 PM
Physical Education Participation
  • Physical education is optional but free for all after school members
  • If participating, 2–3 classes per week are required per style
  • Average belt testing eligibility after ~3 months with consistent attendance
  • Belt exam fees apply (can earn a free exam through student referrals)

The program runs from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, with extended care available until 6:00 PM. Pickup from partner schools happens right after dismissal.

Yes. Every afternoon includes dedicated homework time with staff support. Report cards are part of our advancement criteria — academics come first. Private 45-minute tutoring sessions are also available separately at $30–40/hr for ages 6 and up.

A typical day includes: school pickup, daily snacks, supervised homework and tutoring, leadership and life skills training, physical education through martial arts (included free), Fun Fridays with themed activities, arts and crafts, and community events.

Ages 5 to 14. Every child receives a free private assessment before starting so we can place them with the right peer group and staff support.
