After School Program
The After School Program serves children ages 5–14 with pickup from 14 local schools, snacks, homework assistance, life skills curriculum, and martial arts physical education. Program runs 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM with extended care available until 6:00 PM.

Full-day K-12 homeschool with on-site teachers, accredited curriculum, Christian-based options, transcripts, and daily physical education. Program runs Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM.

Summer & Break Camps
Full-day summer camps run May 26 – July 31, 2026 in one-week sessions, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Limited to 20–25 kids per week. No consultation required — register directly online.

Members (current GMA students enrolled in martial arts, after school, or homeschool) receive member pricing handled in person. Call 731-324-3850 or stop by the gym to enroll at member rates.
Payment Schedule and Methods
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) providers including Klarna and Affirm at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. See our Terms of Service for full payment terms.
- Summer camps: Payment is due when you register. For weekly registrations, payment for selected weeks is captured at the time of submission. For Pay-In-Full, the full season amount is captured at submission.
- After school program: Tuition is billed weekly. Registration fee is due at enrollment.
- Homeschool program: Startup fee due at enrollment. Weekly tuition billed weekly. Curriculum fees billed monthly per the partner’s schedule.
- BNPL (Klarna / Affirm): If selected at checkout, GMA receives the full amount today; you repay the BNPL provider on their installment schedule. The BNPL provider conducts its own credit decision.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Summer Camps
No refunds. No credits. Once a camp week is paid for, you are responsible for that week whether or not your child attends. No credits or refunds will be given for missed sessions or missed camp days.
As a courtesy, if your child is sick GMA may move a camp date to another available week if availability allows. No other credits or refunds will be given.
If GMA cancels a camp week (e.g., for insufficient enrollment, with a 10-student minimum required to run a week), you will be offered a full refund for that week or the option to move to another available week.
Application deadline: May 20, 2026.
After School Program
The $75 registration fee is non-refundable. To cancel ongoing weekly enrollment, written notice is required at least 7 days before the next weekly billing date. Weekly tuition already paid is non-refundable. Off-week maintenance fees are required to hold your child’s spot during school breaks; if you do not pay maintenance fees, the spot is released.
Homeschool Program
The $240 startup fee is non-refundable. To withdraw from the program, written notice is required at least 14 days before the next weekly billing date. Weekly tuition already paid is non-refundable. Curriculum partner fees may have separate refund terms set by the curriculum provider.
Drop-In Days
Drop-in days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability if GMA staff agrees in advance.
Required Acknowledgments at Enrollment
All families enrolling in any GMA program agree to the following at the time of registration or enrollment:
- Medical Insurance: Each child must have medical insurance. A copy of the insurance card must be provided to GMA before the child begins.
- Liability Waiver: GMA is not a daycare. As with any physical sport activity, there is a possible risk of serious injury. Gallatin Martial Arts Inc. does not pay for any injuries or medical costs. Parents indemnify and hold harmless the school, all staff members, masters, instructors, owners, landlords, and directors from any legal actions resulting from injuries or liabilities related to program participation or transportation. Staff are authorized to call 911 and seek medical attention if needed.
- Sick Child Pickup: If a child is sick during program hours, parents must pick up immediately upon contact.
- Photo and Media Release: Per the parent agreement, GMA may use photos and videos taken during academy-related activities for promotional purposes. Parents may request specific media removal at any time.
Full enrollment paperwork includes additional medical and behavioral details, emergency contacts, and authorized pickup persons, signed before your child begins.
