Built Different

What Makes Our Camps Different

This is not a babysitting service. Every hour is structured, every activity has a purpose, and every child gets real attention.

🛠

Not a Daycare

Structured programming all day long — not screen time and snack breaks. Every block has a plan.

💪

Real Fitness & Discipline

1-3 hours of actual physical training daily — not token activities. Kids build strength, coordination, and self-control.

💡

Life Skills Curriculum

Personal growth, leadership, and social-emotional learning built into the week — not just entertainment.

👥

Limited Capacity & Trusted Staff

20-25 kids max per week means more individual attention. Same staff your child trusts during the school year.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What ages are camps for?
Our summer camps serve the same age range as our academy programs, typically ages 5 through 14. All ages participate in activities together with age-appropriate modifications where needed.
What should my child bring?
Pack a lunch Monday through Thursday — our facility is peanut-free, so please no peanut products. Friday pizza lunch is provided. Bring a refillable water bottle and wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes appropriate for physical activity.
Are there field trip days?
Yes — we schedule movie outings at the NCG theater in Gallatin, plus special activity days throughout the summer. Field trip details are shared with parents at the start of each camp week so you always know what to expect.
Can I sign up for individual weeks?
Absolutely. Weekly enrollment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you want the best value, our Pay-In-Full discount covers all 10 weeks per child — $1,600 for members or $2,100 for non-members. Sibling discounts apply automatically when you register more than one child.
What's the deadline to register?
The application deadline is May 20, 2026. All waivers and paperwork must be completed before camp begins on May 26. Spots are limited to 20-25 kids per week, so we recommend registering early to secure your preferred weeks.
Camp Questions

Summer Camp FAQs

The top questions parents ask about our summer and break camps.

Summer camp runs throughout the summer break in one-week sessions. We also offer break camps during spring, fall, and winter school breaks. Full schedules are posted each season — call 731-324-3850 or check our camp booking page for current dates.

Full-day structured programming from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Each day includes fitness and martial arts training, life skills curriculum, team challenges, arts and crafts, supervised play, two daily snacks, and Pizza Fridays. Weekly field trips are included in most sessions.

We limit capacity to 20–25 kids per week so each child gets real attention. This is intentionally smaller than most day camps — your child works with the same trusted staff from the school year, not seasonal hires.

Both. Families can register for individual weeks, multiple weeks, or the full summer. Multi-week discounts are available — ask about them when you book.

Yes. Most weeks include at least one field trip — past destinations have included local parks, bowling alleys, swimming pools, and educational sites. All field trips are supervised by background-checked staff at an industry-leading ratio.

Ages 5 to 14. Camp is structured so younger and older kids have age-appropriate activity tracks, but they come together for larger group events, field trips, and meals.
